Srinagar, October 25: Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha laid wreath and paid homage to Rfn Jeevan Singh, Rfn Kaisar Ahmad Shah, and Defence Porters Mushtaq Ahmad Chowdary and Zahoor Ahmad Mir, who laid down their lives for the nation.
