ANANTNAG, OCTOBER 25: The District Development Commissioner (DDC) Anantnag, SF Hamid today visited the district library to review its functioning.

During the visit, the DDC took a holistic review of the functioning of the library. He interacted with the students and readers at the library and took feedback from them. He directed that facilities to improve the user experience at the library shall be enhanced.

Among his directions were expanding the book collection, enhancing internet access, increasing digital resources, and creating more inviting study spaces. He also appreciated and gave inputs to students studying for various competitive examinations.

The visit was aimed to reach out to the youth of the district ensuring that the government gives vital support for their development.

The DC was accompanied by senior officers of the district administration.
