Poonch, Oct 5: In a tragic incident, Police Head Constable Kashmir Singh has passed away due to a cardiac arrest while on duty in Poonch, Jammu and Kashmir. Sources indicate that the 45-year-old officer, who resided in Nowshera, collapsed shortly after arriving at the Deputy Superintendent of Police (DySP) headquarters early Saturday morning.
Despite immediate efforts to revive him, Singh was pronounced dead at the scene, leaving his colleagues and the local community in shock.
