KUPWARA, September 26: General Observer for Assembly Constituency 1-Karnah, Parkash Bindu, conducted an extensive visit to several polling stations in the area today, assessing the readiness and preparations for the upcoming Assembly election.
As part of his inspection, the General Observer visited significant polling stations, including India’s first polling station located at Seemari and another key station at Amrohee, both of which are situated beyond the fence.
During the visit, Bindu emphasized the need for efficient arrangements, urging officers and field staff to ensure smooth and orderly conduct of the polling process. His guidance focused on maintaining robust infrastructure and logistical support to facilitate seamless voting in these remote and strategic locations.
