Burglary case solved and stolen property worth ₹150,000 recovered by Police Post Bathindi , Jammu

Jammu, Jul 29: On 12-07-2024, a written complaint was received at Police Post Bathindi, Jammu from complainant namely Dr. Aniza Waseem W/O Lt.Waseem Akbar Sofi R/O Chirag Colony Bathindi Jammu regarding theft of some valuable items viz. Precious Utensils of Copper, Silver and Water taps etc .

On this information, a case FIR No.157/2024 U/S 457/380 registered at Police station Bahu Fort and investigation entrusted to Lady Head Constable Rubina Bano IHC of PP Bathindi .

On 25 -07-2024,during the course of investigation, a Police team headed by SHO PS Bahu Fort Jammu Insp Vijay Sharma assisted by IC PP Bathindi SI Shakil Ahmed and Lady I.O. Rubina Bano under the close supervision of SDPO City East Jammu and over all supervision of SP City South Jammu recovered all the stolen items upon the disclosure of accused persons namely Rohit Patel S/O Munna Lal R/O M.P A/P Sector no.2 Channi Himmat Jammu and Noor Mohammad S/O Saleem Mohammad R/O Myanmar A/P Bathindi Morh Jammu worth rupees one lac and fifty thousand.

General public has applauded the sincere efforts of Jammu Police.
