GANDERBAL, JULY 27: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Ganderbal, Shyambir Saturday visited Devraj Bhairav Temple Nunner and laid the foundation stone for a chain fence around the temple premises.
The foundation stone was laid during an impressive function organized by the management of Asthapan Sudhar Samiti. The event was attended by SSP Ganderbal, Sandeep Gupta, President of PM Package Employees Association Ganderbal, and local civil society members.
During the occasion, the management of Asthapan Sudhar Samiti expressed their gratitude to the Deputy Commissioner for initiating the chain fencing work. They also briefed him about the additional renovation works required and the steps already taken for the preservation of the temple.
Shyambir took stock of the current situation of the temple and assured the community of all necessary support for its renovation and development.
