Doda Encounter day 2: searches operation resumes to track down hiding terrorists

Srinagar, July 10 (KS) :- Search operation on Wednesday resumed in Doda forests after a gunfight took place between terrorists and security forces in Doda forests on Tuesday.

A top official told Srinagar based news agency Kashmir Scroll that on Tuesday encounter broke out between terrorists and security forces in forest area of Doda.

He said that exchange of fire took place for two hours following which searches were started that were put on halt during night.

He said that extensive searches have resumed on Wednesday in the area to trace out the hiding terrorists.(KS)
