The Central Bureau of Communication, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of India, Field Office, Leh organise a Yoga awareness programme at GN National Public School, Leh today, in continuation with the International Yoga Day, 2024 celebrations.
Aimed to emphasise the importance of Yoga for maintaining a healthy lifestyles, the programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and teachers who performed various Yoga asanas. The event speaker elaborated on the benefits of incorporating Yoga into daily life, underscoring its role in enhancing physical and mental health well being.
In addition to demonstrating Yoga asanas, an open Quiz was conducted, with winners and participants received momentous, T-shirt and light refreshments.
