BANDIPORA, MAY 10: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Bandipora, Shakeel Ul Rehman on Friday convened a meeting of the District Level Committee (DLC) regarding Change of Land Use (CLU) cases in the district.
On the occasion, detailed discussion was held regarding comments submitted by various departments for the issuance of NOCs of pending cases of CLU in the district.
A total of 03 cases were reviewed, and following extensive discussions on the policy’s different facets, the committee approved 01 case, while one was rejected due to non-availability of NOC and one is withheld for further process.
The DC directed the concerned departments to provide NOCs within the specified timeframe as outlined in the provisions of the PSGA Act to ensure prompt processing of CLU.
The meeting was attended by ACR Bandipora Shabir Ahmad Wani, Chief Agriculture Officer, Bandipora, Ex. Engineer R&B Bandipora, Chief Horticulture Officer, Bandipora and officers from concerned departments.
