The Voter Awareness Rally was flagged-off by the Returning Officer (RO) for 02-Srinagar Parliamentary Constituency, Dr. Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat from Polo Ground which passed through Polo View, Residency Road, Regal Chowk, Ghanta Ghar and other major roads.
