RAJOURI, FEBRUARY 08: In a remarkable initiative aimed at fostering cultural and social empowerment among specially-abled youth, a batch of 11 students was ceremoniously flagged off today by Deputy Commissioner of Rajouri, Om Parkash Bhagat. District Social Welfare Officer, Abdul Raheem was also present on the occasion.

The Youth Exchange Programme, meticulously organized under the auspices of the Directorate of Rehabilitation Council, functioning under the administrative umbrella of the Social Welfare Department, embarks on a transformative journey for these young individuals. As they depart for Delhi and Agra, they carry with them the hopes and aspirations of a community eager to break barriers and embrace diversity.
