ALIZA SHAH has done it again ! Got Silver medal in 67th prestigious SGFI Junior Championship being held in Ranchi From 23rd to 28th of January 2024 . This was Aliza’s maiden SGFI Nationals On her arduous and onerous journey towards medal podium she faced some toughest players from all over India Determined Aliza never looked back from her very first bout against Madhya Pradesh and played some magnificent bouts of all times.Her strength was hailed by one and all.She lost in the final bout against Rajasthan after giving a tough fight to the opponent despite her foot injury .This was her sixth National championship medal in Toto. Coming to this position was not that easy.Faced many vicissitude situations and despite several injuries and issues she never gave up like a true fighter. She has thanked Secretary Sports council Ms Nuzhat Gul Ji for her gigantic efforts for elevating sports infra in our UT,Mr Kuldeep Handoo ji(Dronacharya Awardee ) for his immense and strenuous efforts for the advancement of Wushu ,Her school principal Sr Jyoti and Mr Sheikh Umar of Presentation Convent Hr Secondary School ,Madam Adida Ji and Mr Shabir Ahmad Lone from Youth Services Mr Maqsood Rather ,secretary district Srinagar who is always there to help you,Mr Mushtaq Ahmad Zargar Manager Sports Council Mr Ramees Ahmad ,Mr Aijaz Ahmad and Mr Irfan Ahmad for giving unparalleled Wushu training to Athletes
