SAMBA, JANUARY 05: Panchayat Chak Salarian, Block Ramgarh, witnessed a grand spectacle of development and progress today, as the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra made its way to the village.

The Yatra, a nationwide outreach initiative by the Government of India, aims to spread awareness and ensure 100% coverage under the flagship schemes and programs that benefit the common people.

The villagers welcomed the Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) van with open arms and hearts and participated in various activities that showcased the achievements and opportunities of the government schemes. They listened to the inspiring message of Prime Minister, who urged them to join hands in building a new India. They also took the Sankalp pledge, committing themselves to the vision of a self-reliant, developed and prosperous nation.

The event also featured the “Meri Kahani Meri Zubani” initiative, where beneficiaries of schemes such as Ayushman Bharat, Ujjwala Yojana, Jan Dhan Yojana, and others, shared their stories of transformation and empowerment. They expressed their gratitude to the government for providing them access to quality health care, clean cooking fuel, financial inclusion, and other essential services.

The Yatra was not only informative, but also entertaining and engaging. The people also availed the on-site services, such as health camps and eye check-ups, organized for their convenience and well-being.

The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra was a huge success in Panchayat Chak Salarian, as it received positive feedback and appreciation from all sections of society. The villagers expressed their hope and confidence in the government’s efforts to take development and progress to every corner of the country.
