Semi-decomposed Body Found in Sunderbani Rajouri

Srinagar, Nov 21: A semi-decomposed body was found along a river bank in Thandapani in Sunderbani in Rajouri district this morning, officials said.

The officials told Kashmir Scroll that the body was sighted by some passersby this morning, following which they informed the Police.

Soon after a police team reached the site and took the body into its possession.

Confirming the recovery of the body, SHO Sunderbani Rajesh Jasrotia told Kashmir Scroll that they have shifted the body to a hospital for medico-legal formalities.

“Once the identity is ascertained, we’ll convey it accordingly”, the official added. (KS)
