DC Kulgam reviews arrangements for smooth conduct of B2V-5

KULGAM, NOVEMBER 06: In order to take a detailed review of arrangements put in place for smooth conduct of ‘Fifth Phase of Back to Village Programme (B2V5)’, a meeting of officers was today held under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Dr.Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat at mini-secretariat, here.

The meeting was informed that the Back to Village programme, which is J&K Government’s flagship public outreach, participation and feedback programme will commence from 7th of November.

During the programme, Prabhari Officers shall visit their respective panchayats and interact with the public and undertake review of previous and current year deliverables with special focus with respect to improving e-services penetration, user experience for greater accessibility and usage by citizens at large etc.

The DC instructed all the officers and line departments to ensure close coordination and liaisoning to ensure smooth and successful conduct of this programme.

The meeting was attended by ADDC Showkat Ahmad Rather, ADC Viqar Ahmed Giri and other district/ sectoral and subdivisional/ tehsil officers.
