On the occasion of UT Foundation Day, the Assistant Regional Transport Office (ARTO) in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district organized a signature campaign to raise awareness among transporters regarding traffic safety rules

the initiative aimed to promote safe driving practices and reduce road accidents.

As per the news agency, during the driving license trials, the signature campaign gained momentum as all the participants pledged to abide by traffic safety regulations while driving on the roads.

Mouzim Ali, the ARTO Baramulla, expressed his satisfaction with the coincidental alignment of the trial sessions and the UT Day celebration.

He emphasized the importance of adhering to safety norms and highlighted that spreading awareness about drug abuse is also a priority for the ARTO office.

In a message to the public, he emphasized that whether individuals are riding two-wheelers or driving four-wheelers, it is essential for everyone to follow traffic safety rules diligently. (KS)
