AK-47 rifle recovered during sand extraction in Surankote Poonch

Labourers on Sunday found a rusted Ak-47 rifle in Surankote area of Poonch, officials said.

They said that labourers found the rifle while extracting sand from a river near Gunthal area in Surankote. Later they handed over the rifle to the police, they added. DySP Surankote Hamid Ali Bandey confirmed it to GNS and said that a case has been registered.
