02 Illegal structures sealed

BANDIPORA, SEPTEMBER 19: On the directions of the Deputy Commissioner Bandipora, Dr Owais Ahmad, a team led by Nodal Officer Coordination, Mohammad Ashraf Hakak Tuesday conducted an inspection of the areas adjacent to the Ring Road in Sumbal.

During the inspection, it was given out that the primary objective of the inspection was to assess the current condition of Ring Road and identify any areas that require immediate attention or improvement.

The inspection included a review of the adjacent areas to identify any unauthorized encroachments or land use violations that might hinder the expansion or maintenance of the road.

The team on the spot stopped and sealed 02 illegal constructions taking place along the roadside and directed the concerned owners to ensure change of land use and other building permissions before starting any construction activity.

Moreover 03 other building owners were directed to complete the CLU and other necessary formalities at an earliest.

The Nodal Officer was accompanied by ACR Bandipora Shabir Ahmad, Tehsildar Sumbal, besides a team of engineers, urban development experts, and local administrative officials.
