Shri Ashok Koul, the General Secretary Organisation for Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), made a significant visit to Tumulla today to pay his respects to Mata Kherbhawani, an important spiritual figure in the region. During his visit, Koul engaged with local residents, listened to their concerns, and demonstrated his commitment to understanding the issues facing the people of the region. Mata Kherbhawani holds a special place in the hearts of the people of Jammu and Kashmir particularly people of Ganderbal, and her temple in Tumulla attracts devotees from far and wide. Shri Ashok Koul’s visit to this sacred site underscores the BJP’s dedication to respecting and honoring the cultural and religious diversity of the region.
During his time in Tumulla, Shri Koul met with the members of the BJP Unit in Ganderbal and had a productive discussion with the District President, Mohammad Amin Shah. The party members warmly welcomed Like State Vice President ST junid khatana,District General Secretary Manzoor Ahmad Bhat,javid Ahmad Dar,District Vice Presedent Ruheena Shazad,Fayaz AhmadDar,Imtiyaz Ahmad Tantray,District Secretary Shiekh Irshad Ahmad,Constituency President Ganderbal Mir Manzoor Ahmed,constituency working President kangan Shabir Ahmad, minority Morcha District President Shabir Ahmad Mir,Youth District President Sajad Ahmad Wani,ST District president Shafiq khatana,Mohammad Hafeez Lone District Spokesperson,Youth General secretary Danish Ahmad,Ashok Koul ji to the district, and his visit served as an opportunity to strengthen the BJP’s presence and outreach in the region. Speaking about the visit, Shri Ashok Koul expressed his gratitude for the warm reception he received from the people of Tumulla and the BJP members in Ganderbal. He emphasized the importance of unity and development in the region and assured the residents that their concerns and aspirations would be taken into account.
“We are dedicated to serve the people of Jammu and Kashmir, people have witnessed the real meaning of the phrase government of the people by the people since last nine years. BJP brought the true development in the region.” Said Shri Ashok Koul in his statement to media. The visit of Shri Ashok Koul to Tumulla not only paid homage to the revered Mata Kherbhawani but also demonstrated the BJP’s commitment to connecting with the people of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh. It is a step towards building bridges and fostering a better future for the region.
