ADDC reviews arrangements for JJM fortnight

To review arrangements for JJM fortnight, scheduled to be held from August 01 to 14, a meeting of officers was today held under the chairmanship of Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Kulgam, Showkat Ahmad Rather at Mini-Secretariat, here.

During the meeting arrangements for conducting special Gram Sabhas for discussing JJM, installation of Signages on all water supply schemes were reviewed.

It was informed that debates, painting competitions, rallies and street plays with themes like water conservation; climate change etc will be organized during these days.

CEO was instructed to coordinate with the Jal Shakti department to organise these programmes smoothly.

The ADDC instructed concerned officers to put in place all requisite arrangements for celebrations of JJM fortnight.

It was also given out that on 14th August district level Pani Samiti convention will be organised at District headquarter.

The meeting was attended by ACD Mohammad Imran Khan, ACP Sharjeel Ali, Executive Engineer Jal Shakti, CEO, CMO, AEEs and other officers.
