DIPR Kathua bids adieu to retiring Officer Rashpal Singh

The Kathua unit of Department of Information & Public Relations (DIPR) today bid affectionate adieu to Rashpal Singh, Assistant Information Officer of District Information Center Kathua on his superannuation today after rendering over 40 years of service.

A function was organized by the DIC under the guidance of District Information Officer, Neeraj Bhargav at the District Information Centre here.

During the event, officers and officials of DIPR Kathua who spoke on the occasion highlighted Rashpal Singh’s valuable contributions to the department besides hailing his hard work, dedication, and commitment towards his duties.

The retiring AIO expressed gratitude to the staff of the District Information Centre Kathua for extending unconditional support during his services.

The staff wished him happy post retirement life and also prayed for his sound health and happiness for the upcoming countless times.

District Information Officer, Kathua Neeraj Bhargav, Assistant Information Officer, Gurpreet Singh and officials of DIC and family and friends of Sh Rachpal Singh were present on the occasion.
