It advocates for a circular economy, where the concept of reduce, reuse and recycle is crucial to balance development, economic growth, and sustainability.  The mission makes everyone trustees of the environment, responsible for nurturing and preserving it. It aims to change our collective approach to sustainability by nudging individuals to practice environment-friendly actions, enabling industries and markets to respond swiftly to the changing demand, and influencing government and industrial policies to support sustainable consumption and production.  Speaking on the occasion, the DDC highlighted the significance of staying fit. He reiterated that the Mission Life Race provides an excellent platform for individuals to engage in physical activity and embrace a healthier way of life.  The event witnessed the presence of DFO Social Forestry, Shama Rohi and officers from the Education Department.  The multi sectoral participation and support demonstrated the collaborative efforts of various government departments towards the success of such initiatives.   The events like the Mission Life Race play a vital role in raising awareness about the benefits of physical fitness and well-being. It encourages citizens to adopt healthier lifestyles to improve their individual health and also contribute to the overall development and progress of society.  The Department of Social Forestry is committed to organize more such events in the future so as to foster a culture of fitness and wellness among the people.  The District Administration Anantnag extended its gratitude to all participants, volunteers, and organizers for their role in making the Mission Life Race a resounding success
