Sharda Mata Cricket tournament begins at LoC Teetwal Kashmir

TEETWAL, MAY 12:  Save Sharda Committee Kashmir Regd is organizing a cricket tournament at Shan-e-Teetwal grounds here in Teetwal by name of Sharda Mata Cricket League. About 31 teams are taking part in the league which will see a few teams taking part later from Gurgaon and Jammu. This tournament dedicated to Sharda is being sponsored by Mohan Krishen Mongha in memory of his late father Sh. Jawahar Lal Mongha. The first match was played between 2 local teams toady and the league will continue through next few months and the final match will be played on 20 September this year.  The tournament is based on interactions for youth from state and outside within J&K culture to promote tourism and sports amongst youth. Mohan Krishen Mongha inaugurated the tournament by presenting silver coins to the participants, sending a message of promoting Sharda mission :Ravinder Pandita.
