Srinagar, April 17 In view of the inclement weather, the Bandipora-Gurez and Anantnag-Kishtwar roads have been closed for traffic.

An official told news agency that Bandipora-Gurez and Anantnag-Kishtwar roads have been closed for traffic due to inclement weather while Mughal road continues to remain closed since last several months.   He said that all other important roads including NHW-44, SSG road, Border roads of Kupwara are through for traffic.   He added that train and air service are operational as well.   It is pertinent to mention here that MeT has predicted widespread rains in plains and snowfall in upper reaches of Kashmir starting from today.
