Advisor Bhatnagar extends Navroz greetings

JAMMU, MARCH 21: Advisor to Lieutenant Governor, Rajeev Rai Bhatnagar has extended his warm greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the auspicious occasion of Navratra.

In his greetings, Advisor Bhatnagar said that this nine-day long festival, dedicated to Goddess Durga, is one of the most significant festivals in the country as it symbolizes the victory of good over evil, and the celebrations of the triumph of righteousness over wrongdoing.
