Kupwara, Feb 28: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kupwara, Dr Doifode Sagar Dattatray and SSP Kupwara, Yougal  Manhas today felicitated the qualifiers of Jammu and Kashmir Combined Civil Services Examination, 2021 at a function organised, here. The Additional Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, Ghulam Nabi Bhat was also present at the occasion.
      while interacting with the qualifiers  the DC and SSP congratulated them and said that the result is a reward of their hard work and dedication. Both  impressed upon them to work with  sincerity and integrity towards the service of the people and service of nation.
       The DC shared his own experiences and exhorted them to put their best efforts.
            Dr.Doifode Sagar Dattatray said that the qualifiers are role models  for youth of today who shall follow them . He said they have set a way forward for others and he is confident that the youth of Kupwara district ha
