School Building Damaged in Fire Incident in Dardpora Lolab

Kupwara, Feb 22 : A private school building was damaged partially in a fire mishap in Dardpora Lolab area in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district.

Reports reaching said that a school building ‘Al-Falah Public School’ caught fire this morning, following which fire and emergency department reached the site.   The fire was brought under control after persistent efforts by the fire and emergency services department assisted by locals.

Confirming it, a police official told that the school building has got partially damaged in the incident. “We have taken cognisance of the incident for further investigations”, the official further said.
