Driver dies after truck rolls down near Panthyal

Srinagar, Feb 16  : A truck driver died after his truck rolled down in a deep gorge on  National Highway in Panthyal in Ramban district on Thursday.

An official told the news Agency that a truck bearing reg. No PB02CR 9145 loaded with fresh vegetables rolled down in a deep gorge near Panthyal,  In the incident driver identified as Shamsher singh son of Gurdev singh resident of Tarantaran Punjab died on spot, he said.   His body has been recovered and further proceedings in this regard have been initiated, he said.
