POONCH, FEBRUARY 14: Deputy Commissioner Poonch, Inder Jeet today reviewed physical and financial progress under District CAPEX Budgets 2022-23, NABARD & Central Sponsored Schemes (CCS) here  at meeting held in the Conference Hall of DC Office Complex.  During the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner had a detailed department wise review of progress on deliverables. The departments presented the status of various development works undertaken in different sectors including Social Welfare, Forest, Health, Education, Rural Development, PDD, Jal Shakti etc. He also took work wise review of NABARD & Central Sponsored Schemes.  It was informed in the meeting that out of 1434 proposed works under district capex budget, 1394 have been allotted/started and 901 completed.  Similarly, out of 74 projects taken up under NABARD 68 were allotted, 62 started and 11 completed, while against 27348 projects proposed under different central sponsored schemes (CSS) all have been allotted and 19406 completed.  Deputy Commissioner stressed on concerned officers to achieve full expenditure under the Capex Budget by speeding up pace of work. He further directed the ACD to constitute block wise teams to physically monitor the started works and submit the report of work plan at an earliest.  The meeting was attended by Additional District Development Commissioner Poonch, Malikzada Sheraz Ul Haq, Chief Planning Officer, Maqsood Ahmed, Assistant Commissioner Development, Abid Hussain Shah, PO ICDS, Khalid Hussain Wafa, District Panchayat Officer, Naheem Un nissa Bhatti, SE, JJM, Rajinder Kumar Sharma, Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Anis Altaf Nabi, DPEO, N.M Suri, Xen REW, Hamid Iqbal, Xen, PDD, Irshad Hussain, Xen PHE, Riaz Ahmed, DYSSO, Mohd.Qasim besides other concerned officers were present.
