highlighted the constitution and said that because of this constitution, people enjoy fundamental rights

In the event children from different schools participated in march pass and cultural programmes, and received donations from the people present there.
Another function was held at Youth Center Tangdhar where 104 Infantry Brigade Commander NK Das hoisted the flag and saluted the parade. One more event was held at Tetwal border
It was witnessed by the people across the border as well. Colonel of Richmar Regiment Mr Soni hoisted the flag and took the salute on parade. Same ceremony was held at Army Goodwill School Hajinad where the Colonel of Kalsuri Regiment hoisted the flag and saluted the parade. Apart from this grand functions were held in all the schools of Karnah.
