Change of Land Use: DLC approves 1case in Rajouri

RAJOURI, JANUARY 10: A meeting of the District Level Committee on change of land use today met under the chairmanship of the Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal to discuss and approve the applications received online from the applicants from across the district.  The committee discussed 05 cases of change of conversion of agricultural land for non agricultural purposes and of which  1 case was approved.  The DC directed concerned departments to ensure timely issuance of NOCs to the applicants after proper verification of documents and rules under land conversion Regulations, 2022. Necessary directions were issued to the concerned departments to ensure timely issuance of NOCs after proper verification of documents.  Officers who attended the meeting included DFO Rajouri, Arshdeep Singh; ADC Rajouri, Sachin Dev Singh; ACR, Imran Rashid Kataria; CEO RDA, Vivek Puri; SE PWD (R&B), Kamal Kishore; DO PCB, Anupam Koul; CAO, Sohan Singh and other concerned officers.
