KULGAM, JANUARY 06: The District Development Commissioner, (DDC) Kulgam, Dr.Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat today chaired a meeting of officers here to review the status of works being executed in different parts of the district under languishing projects and the Pradhan Mantri Development Package (PMDP).  During the meeting, the DDC reviewed physical and financial progress made on various major work projects like conference hall at Mini-secretariat, Girls Gujjar & Bakerwal Hostel Amnoo, SDH Qaimoo, IPD block at District Hospital Kulgam, SDH D.H Pora, Residential quarters Liroo, Ayush integrated  Hospital and other works.  The DDC set timelines for completion of each project and directed the concerned officers and officials to accelerate the pace of work.  He also instructed to ensure an early handover-takeover process of buildings completed by executing agencies.  Additional District Development Commissioner, Showkat Ahmad Rather; ADC, Viqar Ahmed Giri; SE KPDCL, JD Planning, SDM, Executive Engineers of PWD, PDD, PHE, AEEs and other concerned officers attended the meeting.
