The Deputy Commissioner Dr. Bilal-Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat took stock of developmental projects in Kulgam and also listened to the issues & demands projected by the people.

 

He also inspected the progress of ongoing work on the Aadigen Bridge, Kulgam. On the occasion, he directed concerned agency to expedite the work and complete the project in a time bound manner.

 

It was informed that estimated project cost the bridge is Rs.18 crore and will be opened for the public commutation very soon.

 

Later, DC also took stock of development of park, footpath and roof top of Kapyani Temple at Pombay Kakran.

 

During his visit, Deputy Commissioner also met locals and listened to their issues and grievances, which he assured shall be addressed at the earliest.

 

Deputy Commissioner was companied by ACR, SDM, ACD, Tehsildar and other officers during the visit.
