DC calls for time bound redressal

RAJOURI, AUGUST 30: Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal today chaired a meeting to review the action taken by the concerned departments on the grievances projected on Jammu & Kashmir – Integrated Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (JK-IGRAMS) by the general public.

Officers present in the meeting were ADC Rajouri, Sachin Dev Singh; ACR, Imran Rashid Kataria; ACD, Vijay Kumar; SDM Thanamandi, Vikas Dhar; PO ICDS, Shoket Mehmood Malik; AC Defence, Saleem Quershi; CMO, Dr Abdul Hamid Zargar and other concerned officers.

The DC reviewed Department-wise disposal of grievances and obtained to-date status, wherein the concerned officers briefed about the same.

Addressing the meeting, the DC stressed on the  time bound and quality redressal of the genuine public concerns to mitigate their sufferings.

Giving certain directions, the DC underlined the need to find the cause of the problems and find permanent solution of the public issues.
