Vijay Deverakonda, who suffered a setback when World Famous Lover failed at the box office, is set to return to Liger. While promoting his maiden Hindi film, the star spoke about dealing with negativity on social media and said: “trolling is always there”.
“It’s common, it’s an everyday thing. Even before I became an actor, aunties, and uncles used to troll about results, college, job, etc and now it’s social media trolling. Be it anything, trolling is always there,” he added.

Liger, shot simultaneously in Telugu and Hindi, is a sports drama that features Vijay Deverakonda in the role of a Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fighter. Ananya Panday, who garnered attention with her work in Gehraiyaan, will make her Tollywood debut with the film. Liger also features Ramya Krishnan, Ronit Roy, and Makrand Deshpande, among others, in key roles. Legendary boxer Mike Tyson will be seen in a cameo appearance in the movie.
