Calls for early completion of Digitization process

KULGAM, JUNE 18: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Dr. Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat today visited Polytechnic College, designated as Centralized Digitization centre for land records (Jamabandies) for tehsil Kulgam.

During the visit, DC interacted with the staff deployed to accomplish the mission of digitization of land records (Jamabandies). He also called for early completion of these land records (Jamabandies).

He stressed upon the staff involved to redouble their efforts to ensure completion of the process within stipulated time frame with zero errors.

Dr Bilal said that the digitization of land records will facilitate easy access to people to their land records and will serve as a key to transformation and a transparent system.

The ACR also informed that Centralized Digitization centre for land records (Jamabandies) for tehsil D.H.Pora, Devsar and Qaimoo have also been designated.

Accompanying the DC were ACR, Mir Imtiyaz-ul-Aziz; Tehsildar and other officers.
