Srinagar, May 4 : A conflagration, which broke out this afternoon, has engulfed several residential houses in Malakhnag area in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district.

Reports reaching GNS said that the flames broke out of a residential house and soon after spread to several structures in proximity. Fire and Emergency department, assisted by locals, has in the meantime swung into action to contain the fire, however the flames continued to rage – when this report was being filed. Waris Shah
