JAMMU, MARCH 17: Cultural Wing of Department of Information & Public Relations today organised a symposium on Leaders of Indian Freedom Struggle, here at Government Mixed Higher Secondary School Camp Durga Nagar.
Principal of the host school, Shiv Kumar Pandita was the chief guest, while Dr. Sanjay Pandita was the guest of honour on the occasion.
As many as 7 students participated in the symposium.
First prize was bagged by Dev Bhat, second prize was secured by Palak Bhagar and third prize was won by Rekha Sikri.
The symposium was judged by Bharat Bushan, Bansi Pandita and Reeta Rani.
Shiv Kumar Pandita lauded the Information Department for organising the symposium in the school and urged for organising such events in future. He also thanked staff members, students besides members of Vivekananda Group of the school.
Drama Instructor Cultural wing Vijay Anand, officials of department besides students and staff members were also present on the occasion.
