Feb,12,2022 : In order to boost the confidence of female gender Mountain Warriors Trekking Mudasir Bashir Shah in Collaboration with J&K Forest Department organised a trekking from Picturesque Montane EcoPark Rampora Rajpora in which around 15 girls participated.
As per the details available, the 15 girls from all age group participated and trekked along Rampora Rajpora sector, thus set an example for other people who think that girls can’t go outside.
During the trek the girls covered 14km distance and reached an altitude of 2900m challenging about 3feet snow accumulation along the trek.
The girl trekkers moves from Trimokhan Top to South Lolab boundary then descended down to Rampora.
These girl trekkers were adventurous and confident among which youngest was just 13 years of age and another one was mother of two kids and were quite upbeat and enthusiastic about the adventure.
These girl trekkers exhibited much curiosity to know nature and showed utmost discipline under the aegis said Mr.Mudasir Bashir Shah,a renowned and influential trekker of North Kashmir Mountain Warriors Trekking and Hiking Club, he said these girls created an example how much they are passionate about the nature.He further added that in coming times such treks will be also held in which girls will participate.
