Srinagar, Nov 20: Cricket players from many districts staged protest in press enclave Srinagar on Saturday against Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association (JKCA) , and demanded trials for under 16 selection.
According to news agency protesters said that they belong to far away areas and reached Srinagar for the trials.
“We are staying in hotels here so that we too can give trails for selection but JKCA denied us the trail and were told that the trail session has been already completed as notification date for trails was till 22nd November,” they said.
Protesters said that incharge of JKCA Majid Dar told us that they have already completed the trial.
“We are almost 50 to 60 boys and nobody is looking into this matter. This is our right to go for trail, maybe we get selected,” they said.
