_Surankote,July,16,2021, a meeting was held in PWD Dak Bungalow Surankote to review the arrangements for ensuing Eid Ulhaza. The meeting which was chaired by Tehsildar Surankote, Sh . Sheraz Chauhan was attended by all Tehsil and Sectoral officers.Molanana Abdul Majid Qadri ,Iman Jamia Masjid Gounsia, Molana Abdul Mustafa,imam Jamia Masjid Surankote,Molvi Shaheed, President Beopar Mandal Surankote,Azhar Manhas and other prominent citizens of town also participated in the meeting. The speakers including Molana Abdul Majid Qadri and Azhar Manhas laid emphasis on the uninterrupted power and water supply , cleanliness in the town and checking of market on regular basis.
Tehsildar Surankote directed the TSO FCS&CA to ensure distribution of 100% ration among the people before Eid so that they do not face any difficulty in this regard.
He directed the EO Municipality to ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness at all the places during celebrations of Eid festival.
He requested all the citizens and ulema to ensure the following of covid appropriate behaviour during Eid prayer and otherwise also.
The Tehsildar ensured the checking of market on regular basis and also directed AEEs PHE and PDD to ensure the supply of water and power properly. EO Municipality was directed to ensure cleanliness.
The meeting was attended by Naib Tehsildar Lassana, Naib Tehsildar Chandimarh, EO Municipality Surankote, AEE, PDD, AEE PHE, SHO Police Station Surankote and TSO Surankote.
