Srinagar, July 01: The Lake View Environmental Golf Training Park also known as Police Golf Course was thrown open this evening with the Tee Off function. DGP J&K Shri Dilbag Singh was Chief Guest on this occasion.
The DGP J&K was received by ADGP Armed Shri S.J.M. Gillani and other senior police officers. A ceremonial guard of honour was presented by the Brass Band contingent of J&K Police.
The DGP formally threw open the Golf Course by playing the ball from a Tee. Later the DGP interacted with the senior officers and also with the support staff of the golf course on the occasion.
The DGP was presented a memento by the ADGP Armed J&K Shri S.J.M. Gillani on the occasion.
The function was attended by Spl. DG Crime J&K Shri A. K. Choudhary, Managing Director Police Housing Corporation Shri A.G. Mir, ADGP Headquarters PHQ, Shri M. K. Sinha, IGP Headquarter PHQ Shri Garib Dass, IGP Kashmir/AP/IR Shri Vijay Kumar, IGP CIV PHQ Shri Alok Kumar, Director ACB Shri Anand Jain, DIG CKR/AP/IRP Shri Amit Kumar, DIG SKR Shri Abdul Jabbar, SSP APCR Shri Sheikh Junaid, SSP PCR Shri Zubair Khan, SSP Srinagar Shri Sandeep Choudhary, all Kashmir based Commandants of Armed/IR Police Battalions and other gazetted officers.

Recruitment of 02 Women Battalions
Submit deficient documents up to 20-07-2021: Chairman PRB
Srinagar, July 01: Chairman Police Recruitment Board for (02 Women Battalions) vide a notification has informed the candidates of Kashmir Province for producing the deficient documents.
The notification reads that all those candidates of Kashmir Zone who appeared/qualified in Physical Entrance Test and Physical Standard Test of constables in 02 Women Battalions of Jammu and Kashmir Police but have not made their deficient documents clear, that they can now produce their pending original documents before the Police Recruitment Board w.e.f 02.07.2021 to 20.07.2021 at Police Headquarters (PHQ) J&K Peerbagh Srinagar during office hours except holidays. No such claim shall be entertained after the stipulated period.
The candidates who have already produced their original documents during PET/PST need not to produce their documents again at PHQ.
The notification further reads that those candidates who fail to make good the deficiencies within the stipulated time shall be declared disqualified and no further plea after the cutoff date shall be entertained.
