Says health workers are frontline warriors who risk their lives to save others, police must book people misbehaving with health workers, vaccine only weapon against virus

Bhartiya Janata Party(BJP) J&K spokesman Altaf Thakur expressed his deep shock and serious concern over a viral vedio on social media where a woman is using foul language against health workers who visited her house to vaccinate people including her husband.
As per vedio, a woman is using bad language and warning a health worker of slapping her if she vaccinates her hussband. The woman also asks the health care team to leave her house without giving a jab to her husband. Thakur said that such a ill treatment meted out to health workers especially female ones is highly condemnable and people who misbehave with frontline workers who have been risking their lives to save others, should be punished. Thakur said that the vaccine is the only available weapon against covid pandemic that has claimed thousands of lives in India every must take a jab to keep the virus at bay.
