Ganderbal:Director Food Civil supplies and CA Department have attached a Storekeeper Javaid Ahmad Kambay for misbehaving with beneficiary in Ganderbal district.
According to reports DDC Wakura Mohd Ashraf had received a complaint about a Storekeeper posted in Dub,Narayanbagh Ganderbal that he has misbehaved with beneficiary at FCS&CA store located at Narayanbagh
Taking strong note, Director FCS&CA issued an order, a copy of which lies with news agency attached the said Storekeeper identified as Javaid Ahmad Kambay Incharge Storekeeper Dub Narayanbagh
“Pending enquiry to his conduct to be contucted by Deputy Director (Central) with regard to his misbehaving attitude towards beneficiary/rationees,Javaid Ahmad Kambay Incharge Storekeeper Dub and Narayanbagh Ganderbal is hereby attached with Direction Office.The enquiry officer shall submit his enquiry report within seven days alongwith his concrete remarks/recommendation”
Deputy Director Central has been appointed Inquiry Officer and asked to submit his report for further action.
Tehsil supply officer circle lar issued an order a copy of which lies with news agency”In pursuance of the office order isssued under No. DFCS&CAK/Adm/B-X-52/Gbl dated 08-05-2021 Javaid Ahmad Kambay Incharge Storekeeper Dub and Narayanbagh Ganderbal is hereby relieved today 11-05-2021 to the Directorate of Food civil supplies and consumer affairs department kashmir”
Many Storekeepers in Ganderbal have overstayed at many depots for more than 3 years and despite Order of Director FCS&CA to transfer overstayed Store keepers.Assistant Director Food Ganderbal is yet to implement the order.
Storekeepers have turned in Mafia at many depots in Ganderbal
As per sources some store keepers have been posted at one place for more than a decade and they now adamant to stay have a monopoly there.
