ANANTNAG, APRIL 29: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Anantnag, Dr. Piyush Singla today directed the concerned officers to ensure smooth and hassle free delivery of essential services during the ensuing Lockdown from 29th of April to 3rd of May 2021 in the district.
He directed the concerned to ensure availability of ration, medicines besides smooth supply of Electricity and Water across the district including the covid containment zones.
The DC passed these directions while chairing a meeting of concerned officers at the DC office here.
Dr. Singla stressed upon the drug control Authorities to conduct meetings with the chemist Associations to formulate roaster for opening and closing of medical shops besides ensuring it is strictly adhered to.
He also enjoined upon the district and sectoral officers to ensure their presence at their respective stations during this period.
ADC (S), CMO, MS GMC Anantnag, Ex. Engineer PDD, Dy. CMO, AD Food, DYSSO, officials of Drug Control and other concerned officials attended the meeting.
