Currently it is raining all over the Kashmir, higher reaches have received a fresh spell of snowfall.
Gulmarg received 3 inches of snow till 8:30a.m. and snowfall was going on as per the last reports.
Places like Sonamarg, Machil, Z-Gali have also received several inches of fresh snowfall.
