Srinagar// International Human Rights Council in Collaboration with Loul Cultural Form and District President International Human Rights Council Budgam Gazi Ajaz Ahmad today Honoured Renowned Social Activist /Cultural Actvist & President Angel’s Cultural Academy Mr.Tariq Ahmad Shera by Best Cultural Activist Award for the year 2020 for his high end remarkable Contribution in the field of Art, Culture and languages in Kashmir valley.
